**THIS POST IS FOR ALL OF US** — IT’S ABOUT OUR LIVES AT WORK

This post is for every single one of us; whatever stage of life we are at; wherever we are; however we feel……

This post is for any of us who needs encouragement and strength in their life.

This post is for any of us who are facing challenges in our work place and feel frustrated, undervalued, disengaged, out of our depth.

This post is for any of us who might be worrying about our job security, our long term prospects.

This post is for any of us who are not happy at work; are not fulfilled by our work.

I myself have worried about all of the above at various stages of my career. I have no doubt that I will worry about them again in the future.

That’s life; none of us get a “free pass” to brilliance and success in the workplace every day for 40 years –  that’s not how it works.

I have had huge success in my career and I have had crushing failures in my career. BUT I HAVE NEVER GIVEN UP. I don’t think I ever learned anything when I was “flying high”; I didn’t need to. Everything I touched turned to gold for a good 15+ years. It was during the bad times that I learnt about myself. Every setback made me stronger, more resilient, more determined. But I had to learn who I really was/am. I had to take a long hard look at myself; what are my core values? What are my strengths? What are my weaknesses?

We can all be a success at work and achieve what we want to. But it takes work, you need to invest in yourself and be brutally honest about who you really are. What makes you happy? What makes you tick? What are your values? You must strip away the outer layers and delve deep into yourself.

I promise you that you will be emotionally, mentally and physically recharged if you work on yourself. You will soar high in the sky and you will see your career take off in the direction you want.

You can make a huge success of your career; never give up, work hard at whatever you do……….BE TRUE TO WHO YOU ARE AND DO NOT BE AFRAID OF ASKING FOR HELP/COACHING TO GET YOU ON THE RIGHT TRACK.

Thank you for reading this.
